Duties of the Treasurer

Shall be a salaried position. Salary shall be determined by the Governing Body.

Shall be responsible for all financial transactions of the WNDA.

Shall maintain all financial records and submit annually a published financial report to the general membership.

At the discretion of the Governing Body, the books shall be audited either annually or biannually. Financial updates will be provided to the Governing Body at each tournament event.

Shall be responsible for maintaining the corporate checking account.

Shall be authorized to sign all corporate checks. The Treasurer shall be bonded.
